I like the idea of decentraland, it breaks the limits of centralization.

10% - Operations/Legal
30% - Distributed among token holders
10% - Reserve fund in BTC WAVES ETH

But you need to hold the dev backup coins, it's just in case you can use it if it's in a very urgent situation

Based on your history and history of your accounts where's the trust coming from? It looks like you're asking people to give you money through this token and through this Ico and yet you have no trust built into anything at all.

Insurex ICO was not hacked it was only CoinDash project that was hacked, Insurex ICO stopped their ICO because the website was suffering consistent DDos attack and need to stop the ICO since the minimum cap has been reached
