There is also the problem of actively operating it. You will encounter technical and hardware problems giving you downtime and periods without any profit. Electricity cost is another problem.

I would say that for 2 BTC it would be better for you to invest in Litecoin itself that go through all the problems of mining it.

I think the cost is extremely expensive compared with the others.

Check this they sell it for $2,400 and PSU included in the package.

When buying mining hardware please make sure it's brand new and not used before.

if you plan on using this to actually mine Bitcoins, no. If you plan on using this to mine other coins that are newer than you're probably going to get your money out of it and up semi. Of time but if you think about it you're paying more than $5,000 for that piece of equipment.
