Title: Streaming engineer for Periscope, Facebook Live, YouTube, Twitch
Post by: TheButterZone on July 23, 2017, 05:31:23 AM
Want to host an internet radio show? I can be your engineer. This thread is what finally made me think there might be a market for it. (https://twitter.com/YouMeAndBTC/status/888116108900696064)

You'd have an account on any of the services in the title that you promote, then give me the stream parameters that you hit the live switch on and off for, and I would engineer the stream, including your avatar(s), text and/or other graphics, and most importantly your audio.

My audio chain is set up so that I can take audio output from my computer & feed it back to the input for streaming; you talking over Mumble, Discord, Teamspeak, Skype, or even calling in with a regular or SIP phone, would be in the stream. We'd work on getting the clearest, least-choppy audio from your end before going live.

If you want to have multiple hosts and/or guests, everyone would be on the same server/channel/conference, and I would stream that out. During the show, I can either send the host(s) notes over text chat, talk so only the host(s) can hear me, or break in so everyone, even the audience can hear me (though that often ends up with the engineer becoming a co-host & needing to be paid more :P).

BTC0.01 per show hour (subject to change depending on exchange rate) or maybe an ad like "Engineered by TBZ1.com" on the screen in exchange for a lower rate.

local rule: don't quote this OP
