In that 10 minutes Franko has had 20 blocks, making the chance of getting a piece of that 10 minute pie a little more realistic which Further decentralizes the already decentralized coin. In the end, Franko will only have 11 million coins while bitcoin will have double. Currently, people are trying to sell 10 coins at a time vs, the 1000's you see for other coins in their early days. :) Idk about you but, 10 coins for say 5 BTC is more valuable then 10,000 coins for 2 ltc.
