Title: Poloniex margin account Post by: josebaggio on July 23, 2017, 02:27:26 PM Hi everyone, If someone can help me i would apreciate.
I did an operation on margin account and now i can not trasnfer my balance back to exchange account. When I try to transfer the balance from margin to exchange ,the following message appears: "Transferring 0.01635910 BTC from your margin account would bring your current margin to -13.35%, which is below your initial margin." Even if have NO position on margin account it does not allow me to transfer my money back.... Furthermore, I can NOT close the loans that it takes automatically. Even when i press the link to turn off auto-renew, in LENDING page. (MY ACTIVE LOANS Auto-renew. Set all: OFFON). What can i do transfer my money back to exchange account? I´ve posted 2 tickets: margin account #313198 Criado em Qua, 12 Jul at 5:30 PM and finish my loan #308497 Criado em Seg, 10 Jul at 9:27 PM And till now i had no response.... and i keep paying for the loan :(. It's because you have open buy/sell orders within the margin account. Check the bottom windows. You're welcome.
