I agree .If it is 20% that was to big for bounty only how about for some funds i think there are miscalculation in their project . I don't get also why it is NONAME.

One more thing. How will startups be pre-moderated? Will you give any bounties to the expert moderator-volunteers or smth else? If the platform will receive 5000 applications it will be hard task for investors to view and vote/rate every single startup & choose the best ones.
