Hello together, i have ordered my Asic Antminer S9 on 2017-07-09 and paid on 2017-07-11. The Staus of payment ist still unpaid. I have allready conact the bitmain support and send screenshots from my transfer. The support is very bad, one awnser but the problem ist not solved. I hope an Bitmain employee @BITMAIN read my post here in this forum.

You should be in a direct contact with Bitmain.
They don't visit threads in here so often.

It seems that its store is down for a while. I tried to place an order but none of its products could be added into shopping cart. Maybe the store will open after Aug 1 and they don't want to take any BTC for now :)

if you paid in btc  you could put the tx id  here as further proof of payment.

I have used azimo too transfer the money by wire transfer. I have allready send the proof of payment, but nothing comes back.

I am in the same boat with you. I placed a $38,000 USD order on July 13 and now it's been two weeks! Mine was also a wire transfer.. Main issue I have is that Bitmain hasn't even bothered to reply to me, aside from what appears to be automated replies..

So frustrating, this was my first big order.

Hello, my problem is not solved yet. I have send the MT103 Swift code too the support, i hope the support now can find my payment.
