That site https://cheapmail.me/ seems too good to be true, I don't know if it's legit or not, I haven't tried nor I want to do it before confirming that it actually works and is legit.

Does anyone here had experience with them?

I don't think this can be legit specially paypal-bitcoin exchange they have. If you are not looking for paypal-bitcoin pair than you can try changer.com to exchange bitcoin for perfectmoney/okpay or viceversa, I have used them and they are legit.

I don't get why the domain name and the name of this site (BitExchanger) is so different and that's really suspicious to me. They can buy a bunch of domains with their money since they serve as an exchange but in this case  :-\
As a friendly suggestion, stay away from that site and just make a deal in this forum from trusted member like zazarb and sardasa or use localbitcoins instead.

They didn't have 10$ for a new domain, that is.

Would you really put your money here?

I contact them and do exchange my paypal rub 931 rub,on perfect money,and nothing happen,they are get my paypal rub,and after silence.After I open dispute against them,for that I get email after 1 day that sorry,inconvience caused.When we cancel your dispute we transfer back your pp money.And already goes 6 days,I receive nothing on pm and on paypal back.Also they are keeping people funds,and dont send funds to them.They are deceivers and swindlers.

It doesnt look shady to you??
Their website domain is different from what they are doing, No actual service provider does that. They have given the past exchange id's, you should ask them transaction id and confirm it with date and time.
This is a totally fake site and just trying to scam in the name of an exchange. Dont try their service.

Thanks for the heads-up, actually I trade Bitcoin with my friend for FIAT, just wanted to know if that page was a big fake or not.

Oh no god's sake. There was an user on this forum trying to scam using this website. He texted me about putting payoneer in escrow there. But the point is YOU CAN'T ESCROW PAYONEER. It is a shitty impossible idea but even so, there was no payoneer on the website. I got to him back and told him that there is no payoneer. 5 minutes after like magic payoneer appeared.

I said to give a try with 200 usd, payoneer is even more reversible but also more stable than any other e-wallets in my opinion. At sending address they had something like a 10 digits code that actually I think it was invented by that guy on the place.

I will look back on my messages to tell you exactly who he is.

But what you all need to understand is this: DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

The site is recently born and has no reputation or whatsoever in the market. Have searched the forum if they have any announcement here, but in vain.
As there is no feedback available for it, and considering it just a month old site, it would be better to avoid it in my opinion.
