Don't pay attention to only rank as most high ranked accounts are bought on here from scammers or users that live in poor regions of the world trying to make a quick buck.

If you're gonna hire a manager and want quality, don't be afraid to pay a little more for the right person. Rather your participants get paid vs some random asshole scamming n running off. Also a good manager gives you no worries of your company getting a shit name

I would suggest you to hire Edwardard or yahoo.

I'm currently enrolled where Edwardard is the manager of targetcoin's signature campaign.

And I also worked with yahoo, I also see that both of them handles alt coins / ICO campaigns. They are trusted here in forum.

This is not a "spampaign". We have a great manager in our team and we are looking to expand the team

I am afraid none of the experienced campaign managers will be interested in doing work for earning tokens. If you want professional hands, it's better you offer them to pay in bitcoins or some other top altcoins. As you have just seen, one of the most successful managers just is not interested because of you paying in tokens.

We are looking for the helpers, not the full management. There are many requests from participants and we want to give them full support they deserve

i have recomended use reputable management like jamal, yahoo, lutpin, lauda or sylon
if you want pay with altcoin i recomended using eth or another reputable altcoins

That's just another way of stating: "You will work a lot, but we do not want to pay you the amount that you should be paid.". Stop being cheap by offering payments in currencies backed up by vaporware and start offering payments in Bitcoin. That way, you might actually get a professional/experience campaign manager to help you.
