Hello,

How do you think, what value of bitcoin will be 10th August ?
It is very important day to me that is why I am asking what are your feelings about it and why u think so ?

I hope that on August 10, the price of bitcoin will 2900-3000 dollars. All July people were afraid to buy bitcoins, and many who panic sold their coins. After August 1, will begin a revival on the market of bitcoin and this will lead to a sharp increase in prices.

nope,if you look at it right now you can see people started to dump their own,
so that mean,on 1 August there'll be another dump and more likely we can see another sub $2000,
if we reach that poin,on 10 August the best we can see is around $2000 more or less but can not be more than $2500.
it need a month or 2 month to recover from its down just like before,
how about buying an altcoin around late july,because we will see another bloodbath because people try to get out,
everything is up to you guys,but just remember :
Don't let your emotion take control,because even if goes down just like 2014ish it will recover back to its place and try to hit new ATH.Always like that

As I understand it, Aug 1 is the date that most of us have feared for. So by Aug 10, it looks like that everything has settled down by that time. But its really hard to guess what will be the price of bitcoin. All I can say is that I hoping for the best and my estimate to be around $2000 or more.

If SegWit2x after activited normaly and not have problem, I think the price of Bitcoin in August 10th will increasing and breakout more resistance line. Maybe the price of Bitcoin can reach $3500-$4000 in August.

Since i don't really know what will happen in august i can give my own prediction that i think much possible to be reach than the other speculation out there.. 
I think the possible price that i think can be reach this coming august 10th i think around $2900 value to $3200 this is much possible to be reach..
But expect that if we seen this price sooner there are whales are selling their bitcoin back again..
And expect to see the price drop in few days..

The hardfork issue is still scary, if everything is gone then of course the bitcoin price will climb and I expect the price will pass $ 3000.

I was thinking same like u. We should be over 3000$ already but we have in front of us 1st august. SO after 1st august everyone will rebuy and we will go over 3000 in my opinion ;)

I won't be surprised if the price reach nearly 3500 dollar or even 4000 dollar. I am sure that after August 1, the buying demand of bitcoin will increase so fast. Those who have sold their bitcoins will buy again and will cause the price to rise very much.

if hardfork succes without problem, without split i think bitcoin price can incraese very high, can reach over 3000 dollar
if hard fork problem, and accident spilit , double block, double bitcoin
bitcoin price can down , and normal again need long time

This is exact what I expect. That split will not happen at all, there are good chances for that at the moment, and after that the price could continue to rise. Like so many times before there is a panic about some events related to bitcoin but I think nothing crucial that could influence bad on bitcoin will happen.

This is what most of us here expect, and judging by the news there will be no split, so I am confident that we can get to 3000$, and for sure more. People are afraid cause of 1 august, and if everything pass without problems, demand will increase again and money will be pumped in bitcoins, that will move price up.
I can`t think about what will happen if split happens, I don`t know can we compare that with ETH and ETC, after their split eth increased a lot, maybe that will happen with bitcoin also. But I`m not an expert, so I`m not sure is it good comparation or not.

Almost no one believes that on August 1 something bad will happen to the network. There will not be a split for the time being. And that's why we will be scared of such news for a long time. I think that starting from August 3 we will see a significant increase in the price of bitcoin. Most likely for some time, the price will exceed 3000-3100 dollars, but the volume will fall again

Why now price is going down ?

If a chain split doesn't take place and we don't see any shitcoin (BCC) emerging ahead, then we are definitely going to cross par 5k this year and it will be signaled with a price hike by taking bitcoins straight away towards 3500-4k range because buyers will be more than serious about this after the scaling problems get a solution somewhere.

If we fail at segwit and others including BIP91 and BIP148, sharp price decline is on the way for bitcoin. If we survive after all these things, we can increase to $4,000 maybe which is hard.

Above all your sayings, it's still a speculation. We can't based the today's dump on what will happened tomorrow. Remember the result of the recent FUD before taking off again at above $2,500? That day many based their speculation on that price crash and majority thinks that it can even touched below $1,500 but look it doesn't happened although prior to the increase, we are sure that increase will only just happened again after the August drama.

But yes, we are used to haved an experience about bitcoin price recovering for a short period of time. What matters here is, price increase is greater compare to how much it was decreased. So don't let FUD changed our mind to pullout our bitcoin funds.

I sincerely believe the moon launch will occur faster than anyone might expect...

In the worst hypothetical scenario it seems disgusting to me that the Bitcoin community, the early adopters, the commerical proponents and hodlers will be punished with a price crash... and give the fence sitters, newbies and wealthy bankers the most amazing buying opportunity in a life time...

I dont see it happen... The hodlers and the existing community will reap the fruits... the price will skyrocket and the global adoption mania will begin soon... Within two years every business, doctor, lawyer - perhaps even the garbage collectors will make the decision to own a part of Bitcoin...

I honestly don't think there will be much of a change in price, it'll be a non event on August 1st in my opinion.

I am pretty confident that the price of bitcoin will have a good rally when everything is said and done and if everything ends up smoothly then the price would cross three thousand dollars without much hurdle,just a few more days and we will see how things end up, i am not predicting any price right now,but i am sure we will see a rally when everything goes smooth.

I think we see bitcoin in august 10 possible price will become 3000 dollars becquse for sure after the date of august1 many people for sure will invest to bitcoin so the price will increase again and thats good for us. I hope it will happen .,

As of now just stay calm and be ready for the coming august 1 and maybe in just 10 days maybe bitcoin lrice will be recovered be ready always for what will be happened on that day and always see the price chart to know when to sell or when to buy to earn big profits.

I believe that it will hit more than $3500 in next phase for short time.
But run may not be endless. We still don't know if new tech is gonna work as intended.

I'm going to predict not all that much difference, perhaps a slight drop so I will predict $2,365

Personally i think it's either going to be around $2000, or just below right after the fork. Maybe it will stay above $2000 but probably won't go over the current price of $2500 per bitcoin.

My primary reason would be that bitcoin cash is going to take up some of the assets that people are willing to put into investing in bitcoin. Currently bitcoin cash futures are trading at a couple hundred bucks, meaning that naturally the actual bitcoin's price is going to decrease as a result of that.

August 10th though people should be back to their normal selves and not panickng as much as it would be 10 days already from the hard fork. So a recovery to $2700 could be well possible if Bitcoin Cash support drops dramatically.

I'm not even sure what's it going to be tomorrow... But whatever the price will be after the segwit adoption I doubt that we'll see some major change in the next two weeks or so.

Next week will be another story on bitcoins and let see if this things might gonna bring some good news to us since their are still people doubting on what would be the status of btc when august month will occur. And whatever would be the price go after this let should support back if the price would fall since actually we can see major rise after those downfall happen.

If there will be any major change then that would be quicker confirmations for cheaper fees. I am sure there will not be any chain split hence we can see more investments into bitcoins which might be taking prices into $4000+ regions. By August 10th, I am hoping prices must be trading above $3000 levels, let us see how people will overcome their unnecessary panic.

Bitcoin at 10th Aug. should be somewhere around the stable value of this last months - BCC value.
Let's say that BCC splits as expected and end up with a value of 600 USD.
Since Bitcoin has been bumping in the 2400/2600 levels, lets say that the stable price could be USD 2500.
So, my guess is that post BCC fork, we will have a BTC of around USD 2000-2200 for a while.

After that, its hard to say. No historical scenarios to predict what is going to happen.

In my thinking the price will go high as $5000 or else might go to a three digit value depending on what's happening on the particular day. If splitting takes place the price is expected to fall and if not at least reaches $4000 in a short time. Hope something worse will not happen by the day.

yes Chain split is going to happen.
There will be BCC and yes BCC price will be lower then BTC but thats good we ar eall going to have BCC for free :)

so BTC price will fall due same amount of BCC going to be in exchanges. BCC supporters are strong but not strong enough to crash BTC

There is going to be a lot of fun here lets wait and see.

Yes I am sure once the hard fork issue goes then the price will skyrocket, but we must be wary because there is a chance bitcoin will be lost if we save in web wallet or exchanger.

good opinion i agree the bitcoin on that date august 10 i think 3000$ and continue uprise until end of this year always think positve in life and also the power of bitcoin continue to progress in cypyto currency.

I hope that bitcoin price would cross $3000 by 10th august.This is because by that time,all people would realize that bitcoin is sure to rise and all the weak hands who had already sold their bitcoins at cheap rates due to FUD would once again rush to buy bitcoins resulting in a great demand for bitcoins and hence its price would increase high.

By August 10, i think that the value of bitcoin will rise at 3000$ - 3500$ and will keep on increasing before the end of the month. So if the date is really important to you, you should be aware for the possibilities that might happen but still you need to think positive :)

The Price will be 2250$ on August 10th, followed by a price surge to 2800$ and then back down to 2500$ for all the dumps to occur, then we will see an attempt to pilot to the moon because of the attention that will be gained. But keep in mind, Ethereum is still there just the attention has been shifted to bitcoins

Now wouldn't it be something if the time comes and they dont actually split?
It would cause alot of chaos.

Would remind me of what happened around the same time last year when they voted no to the bitcoin Etf in all of 2 minutes of what people were waiting for years to be passed.

It's depend on how well is 1st August do. Because if Segwit 1st August do really well, the price of bitcoin might be increase and if the 1st August become failed, i'm afraid the bitcoin's price will fall. Just hope that there's any bad news happen on that day.

I can not wait to wait for it, August 12 is my birthday so I wish there was a special gift from bitcoin after all the negative issues including hard fork finished.

I always think positive in my opinion from 1-7 August there will be a price reduction and next week the price will start to creep up slowly but surely as yesterday's price was down to 1900 $ now up to 2800 $ nah my prediction is later in the second week of August prices Bitcoin can reach more than 2900 $

We could only speculate about bitcoin price on August 10 but give some evidences to support our opinion is a good thing.
My concern is seegwit2x, after you've mentioned about it affect bitcoin price, so we have to watch over about this proposal, how is it going? when it will be lock-in? I am sure bitcoin price on August 10th will increase more than $3000 if hard fork isn't a problem which cause more bad news regards the development.

There is something important on 10 August. I predict,The wedding anniversary ? ;D I think that on August 10 it will go down a bit, as there are many procontras about B1P9 and BCC from some circles

I'd go with $5,000 per coin. Right now a lot of the big investors are waiting for the uncertainty and the FUD to clear out. Once the situation is all clear, they are going to pump tens of billions of USD in purchasing the coins. There will be a massive spike, immediately after the exchanges re-enable Bitcoin trade. But we need to look out for BCC. 

And there would also be a massive dump as price correction will follow and bitcoin will again come back to the price at present or maybe a little bit more than the current price.

It is gonna skyrocket! 5000$ dollar is reachable.. I hope I had enough coins right before 1 August but I don't have huge smount of coins in my portfolio.
