If you saved your GA secret key (the one you were reminded to keep safe) when you set up GA you just need to move to a new phone and reinstall GA. Other wise just create a new Electrum wallet from your seed.

If you didn't save your GA secret key you can use the linked guide to get control of your wallet back. All you need is your seed as it contains two master private keys.
