Title: Seeking a Desktop Application Devloper with Blockchain Experience in the USA Post by: Upstager on July 26, 2017, 05:09:39 AM I am looking for an application developer with blockchain experience for a new project that will help ICO investors in major ways.
I am in Cincinnati, OH and prefer someone not only in the US, but within driving distance. If I can find the developer, I have $50k to $75k for an ICO marketing budget but I want to establish a functional prototype prior to this.
