First with the exchanges, then they will follow with the web wallets and after that will hold the wallet developers responsible for helping in siphoning money.

If today they charge one exchange, tomorrow it will be other exchanges and if the exchanges are forced to follow the rules of fiats, its a great blow to crypto currency as a whole.
