My top choice: Wirex. (https://wirexapp.com/) Allows you to request virtual or plastic debit cards. You maintain your bitcoin balance and then transfer to which ever of the debit cards (each in a different currency) you need to spend with. The fees are incredibly low and since you can get in and out of different fiat currencies by way of bitcoin you don't have to pay any forex fees. Give it a shot! Based in the middleast. Some websites don't allow me to buy whatsoever since bitcoin isn't supported in our region and nor is it banned. I will give wirex a try now.
