Title: What to mine GTX 760 (3gb 192 bit) Post by: dandyret on July 28, 2017, 09:26:31 AM Hey guys. I just invested a bit of money in starting mining some altcoins. I can't seem to find what would be best to mine with my setup. Anyone that wouldn't mind helping me out a bit? :)
I only want to mine on my GPU. Right now, I'm mining Groestl on my GTX 760. Thanks in advance! But you won't get to many hash, cause your GPU is not so good to mine. Try mining ETH or ETC if you won't leave it turned on 24/7.

In order to help you, please tell us what coins have you tried and what kind of hashrate did you get ? You can use http://whattomine.com/ calculator to input that data, with electricity you use and find what is most profitable for you

Also tried Tribus, seemed to have decent speed and profit. Not sure if Groestl or Tribus is best for me. I'm using my computer at the same time so I need a algo that doesnt make my computer lag too much. CCMiner seems to be the best option for me. I'm using ver 2.2. Seems to be 10% more efficient on Tribus than 2.1

So untill I have the money, this is how I want to run it :) Ofcourse I want to invest, and when I have the money, I will buy a machine for mining only :) Thanks for your responds i believe you can just buy 1 extra gpu and mine with that only while u use your other gpu? im only assuming and not speaking from experience, there is a setting in claymore which can isolate an individual card to mine with and disable others. |
