Track reports like estimated shipment date, delays, post offices your order has been signed and many more. If you are cent per cent sure that they are deliberately avoiding you and it seems to be a scam on their part, open a scam accusation thread with as much information you can provide and inform them of the thread. If they care for their reputation, everything will be solved by them. Was it a physical good you ordered or a digital one.
If it was a physical one, did they provide any tracking id or did you contact with them, and if so, what was their response ?
