The thing about deals like this, is that it is hard to verify thay you have received the goods and so on. Only way i see this happening is someone who is very trusted to fill it for you. Buyer can always claim that he did not receive the goods, or the box was full of rocks or something similar.

What I don't understand is, why will you get it bought by someone else and again ship it to you when you can buy it yourself directly. Even if you don't have a card, there are many exchanges which provide you with virtual cards and are okay for online purchases.

Unfortunately most cards I've tried have low limits and I have exhausted all of them.

As for the other problem, I have no intention to scam anyone - also, PayPal and card are both entirely reversible payment methods. Also, with escrow, you can't really go wrong.

Use localbitcoins or something, and sell BTC for cash. you can always lie about receiving the wrong product or none at all. The only way i see this working is the escrow receiving the BTC as well as the macbook checking that everything is fine and then forwarding the package to you.

Edit: Also with verified bitwala card you can spend as much as you'd like in  day.

You can buy GC for amazon.com with BTC if you are from USA or the tax free/low tax region you won't have to pay 100$ or close to buy GC worth the BTC from a legit site.

I suggest you purchase it yourself to avoid the double shipping cost.
Also if there is an issue with the item and need to refund it, you have to ship it back to the original purchaser, who has to again send it to the shop, involving a lot of time, perhaps the refund period will be over by then.

Why not use any local exchange there for your BTC to get cash? Once you get the cash, deposit it to your Paypal?

IMHO if op has the funds this is something that could be done with an escrow. Although, it be a bit of an effort for the escrowing party to keep checking a tracking number to verify, so it'd be reasonable for OP to provide some extra funds for the escrow's effort.

I wouldn't hurry to say that, if everything goes through escrow then there is no need to worry about the funds in this case.
In fact, this is a win-win situation.


I'm in the same situation with OP so in this case escrow should be paid or at least give a tip since the amount of money is really high.
