With all honestly? I doubt anyone will get anything. because one, they got a fine of 110 million dollar, If the wallets are seized, then they will be used for that and probably nothing will be left to give funds to users (It would be unfair to give to some and leave others). It also looks phishy on how they actually started their maintenance a day before having the owner arrested and then, instead of giving their users the funds back, they told them to wait 5-10 more days while they should've seen this coming as their owner got arrested. It all make no sense to me.

How can they do that? If they seize the wallets and freeze the funds, then they are punishing the BTC-e users instead of the BTC-e owners. I am sure that Vinnik is worth well over $110 million. He has been operating the exchange for more than 6 years, and under any calculation, he was getting at least $100 million per year from the exchange alone.

Do you really believe that change.org is going to persuade the government to give back the money they seized? If so I have a perpetual motion machine to sell you.

Is it a fact or a trick? BTC-e is locked in to conduct legal investigations, and many people are now affected, because they will lose money if BTC-e stops working. It's good if they can get back bitcoin, however, it looks like a joke.

No your money will not be returned. This is payback for the betrayal. If you are scared of rumors and transferred their bitcoins in a strange currency which was created by scammers so you betrayed bitcoin. Your actions hurt the owners of bitcoins due to falling prices. Now who will help you?

I am afraid your money is gone. A petition will most likely not get it back.

They might be trying to make people think that it is Vinnik's fault that they can't get their money back while wasting everythin on different fees or other stuff. So technicaly everyone is robbed by the US government but they will think that BTC-E administration stole your money. If you are not a part of the system then they will be against you no matter if you've done smth or not.
