They have the largest user base but you can easily list your coin paying a fee. If you need a comparison, Polenix is better than Bittrex. If you can't afford them for listing your coin, or want others, yobit and cryptopia are other options. You have to contact them directly and see how much do they require to list your coin and within what period of time.
