Hi, I have problem on metamask. When I click on token tab, I always get this message: ""There was a problem loading your token balances." It never gives me the option to add tokens or anything.

I bought ICO with Metamask and everything confirm. But now how to get the tokens...

If your request is still actual - you can extract private key from your wallet in Metamask and upload it on Myetherwallet for example.

maybe your extinction hasn't been updated,
or it could be because there is a problem when loading synchronizes your address to the Metamask wallet,
You can ask directly to Support Metamask,
or maybe it's better to use trustwallet or mew to make things easier.

maybe there is some error on your metamask. You can start with restart your browser, or un install metamask then re download it again, maybe there is some update there. if that way not solving your problem then you can ask their support

I think you have some problem with your internet connection, so metamask can't sync correctly...

You don't have to worry about that, all you have to do is copy your private key off metamask and find yourself a better ethereum wallet like coinomi or trust wallet and import the private key,in few seconds all your eth erc20 tokens will appear and if it doesn't appear you have to add it manually by using the token smart contract address

Its really not advisable to use metamask to hold your coins and tokens, i only used metamask once when i was forced to claim some tokens after a log bounty trip ends, to me metamask is very dangerous because it works as a browser extension and browser extension this days are infected with different type of malware and spywares

well, if that happen , try a second option .
open MEW offical website , then login with your metamask. after it, just add new token u wanted to see.
besides it , u can see what token u buy from ICO on etherscan for make it sure.

I think it's better to contact their suppot directly, it usually helps more than just panic actions. i hope that your tokens will be safe.

My best help to you is don't use metamask. Simple to use okay BUT I never trusted it. The renewed MEW seems a bit more complicated but safer for me. On the other hand, you should always keep chrome addition updated.
