1.3 BILLION PEOPLE, including me and you, EVERY DAY spending BILLIONS OF HOURS watching cats videos, sharing pictures of food and getting likes.

The solution:
Noobstars is a decentralized social network on Blockchain, where users sharing activities, finished books, new achievements and getting NSTARS for this. Increasing our skills, bits of knowledge and the chances of success in life.

The plan:
1) On August 12 we starting a Hackathon with $140,000 in prize http://www.hackathon.io/events/3967
Why? Here we publicly build an engineering team and alpha version.

2) On August 15th we starting ICO seed round with no cap and minimum of $140k goal.
Why? Investments will cover team building, then we will start beta version development. Which will take probably 3-4 months.

3) NOOB Token Distribution
The NOOB Token distribution will start on August 15, 2017, at 10:00 GMT+3. 100,000,000 (one hundred million) NOOB ERC-20 compatible Tokens (“NOOB Tokens”) will be distributed according to the schedule below.
NOOB Tokens Distribution Schedule:
10,000,000 ten million
Distributed during a 7 day period beginning on August 15, 2017, at 10:00 GMT+3 and ending on August 22, 2017, at 10:00 GMT+3.
20,000,000 twenty million
Distributed during a 30 day period beginning on September 28, 2017, at 10:00 GMT+3 and ending on October 27, 2017, at 10:00 GMT+3.
30,000,000 thirty million
Distributed during a 30 day period beginning on March 02, 2018 at 10:00 GMT+3 and ending on April 01, 2018 at 10:00 GMT+3.
20,000,000 twenty million will be reserved for team and partners.
20,000,000 twenty million will be reserved for Mining Fund.

Tokens will be used to purchase Ads on the platform.
Advertisers in most cases paying CPM (Cost per impression, or "cost per thousand impressions"). To buy 1000 impressions Advertiser needs to buy 1000 tokens.
Company revenue model: Noobstars offers advertising placements over its website and mobile app to the marketers to help them reach people on Noobstars based on a variety of factors such as age, gender, location, and interests. (Facebook/Google model)

4) The company itself will be transformed into the decentralized autonomous organization (The DAO).

Noobstars Bounty Campaign

2% of the Noobstars tokens will be issued for the Bounty Program ( an equivalent of 30K-100K USD, depends on the pre-ICO result).

Participants will be paid at the end of Campaign by stakes basis. Each participant bounty count will be calculated as:
