Hello,

I'm going to create a new blockchain called LiteShares (LTS). It is based on BitShares.
I am going to distribute 90% of the tokens for free.

I'm preparing everything now and it will be up in a few days.
Also, there will be an asset that will be distributed aside from LTS.
It will be for an EOS clone in the future.

Basically those who will join will get 2 coins of the same amount.
One for LTS and one for a future EOS clone.
This is all for free.

Let me know of your feedback.
I love programming and I love C++ and I love BitShares.
This is why I'm doing this.
I want to start my own blockchain and I want to clone EOS because it's a bit expensive right now :(

Nice plan.  I have a project I am busy building that will be on EOS. I would like to see your progress with these blockchains.

I will be giving it for free to 10,000 bitcointalk members.
Everyone will get 100,000 LiteShares (LTS).
and also 100,000 LightEOS (LEOS).
LTS is a BitShares clone.
LEOS will be replaced with an EOS clone next year.
Both LTS and LEOS can be traded in the exchange for bitUSD.

Well goodluck with that. If you really plan on continuing why not create an announcement thread days from now on services(altcoins)? I suggest you dont distribute 90% of the tokens for free lessen the percentage because for sure your coin wont even reach the heights of 10 satoshi price if you do that. Maybe you could lessen it to about 30% and just give those 30% of those coins via bounty. That way it would be better.

Also, 10,000 members can take a while so I can also give bounties. I intend to give everything one way or another.

Like I predicted, that thread has been deleted. I tried to get people to delete their usernames from their posts but it was too late. Maybe this is a chance to create a new one with a more enticing title, no?

People were posting the liteshares.net account details in the thread rather than PM'ing it to him like he asked them to in the OP. As you may be aware, posting your details in a thread for an "giveaway" in that sub-forum is against the rules and will get your thread deleted/locked and you/OP suspended/banned.

Yup....what happened?  Cost me almost a hundred bucks having that thread deleted!  I devoted quite a bit of time to it this month.....OUCH!  Time is money!  Didn't expect anything like that to happen, for sure.

Hi all, dev, you should make two threads, one as a proper announcement, and other as the giveaway the giveaway thread should be self moderated, is just a sugestion.

you might need to make an ico base on your idea to gather more people so your project would be well known by many people.

New ideas and have a procurement for a good future. Supported with adequate team and research. Will help you to succeed in realizing your dreams. Good luck  :)

The thread is still not there. liteshares, why are you aiming to give your coins for free? Is there some kind of a trick here? And if people get 90% for free then how is the price supposed to grow? If you are saying the truth then I surely support you and would like to have some of your coins. And please tell us more about the project. When will the coin be released? How will you decide who receives free coins? Do you have any plan to make an ANN thread on the coin, start a sig campaign perhaps? Are you negotiating with exchangers and some other crypto websites to have appropriate advertisement of the coin?

there's no trick. there's so little cost for me to develop it. for me it's more important to build a big community. however, my main thread was deleted because people posted their account for the airdrop instead of pm'ing me. i'm not blaming anyone, it's also my fault since when i started i didn't know also the rules and probably i informed them a little too late.

this is just a setback. i'm still thinking how to move forward and start a better campaign to distribute the tokens i'm holding.

The additional bonus that will be given to the participants is quite promising. I hope with this kind of peroject emerge will increase the confidence increase in looking for income enough to help one's economy going forward.

Cool project already registered and used liteshare platform but you need more marketing everywhere thought the internet to get new members registered ,advertise in social media .

You can do as doing all here in bitcointalk forum. Just do great social company. Maybe also signature company.

You haven't posted any update for a while but I noticed you've been online less than 24 hours ago. Will the thread be reopened? Are you creating a new one or two?

90% initially distributed? Sounds intense... Not sure if that would end the best for everyone. I'm looking forward to hearing more from the Dev soon. Have any other coins done such a high percentage to give out at start too? I know Airdrop is the new thing catching on but man

ByteBall, GBYTE to specific, is 99% distributed in an ongoing airdrop that started in December last year and it's doing quite well or it was - BTC's rise isn't doing it any favors tbh.

I remember I participated in the initial airdrop and received 50,000 liteshares and other tokens.  Do you plan on sticking to liteshares and further developing the project.  I think you have a great website and exchange within liteshares.net.  I just hope you continue on with the project and everyone is active in trading liteshares!

The project is rather interesting. I really hope we'll hear some updates about its progress. What will be your next step after developing your own blockchain?

Would like to find out if this is still going on. It does seem alive but as with a lot of projects, you probably need to ensure you get some other channel other than bct. A permanent Telegram or Slack or even email newsletter is what keeps us all alive. Email is best since we can always receive updates down the months. Keep on chugging. Liteshares!

I don't think so. He has so far refused to respond to my PM I sent him days ago and has not posted any update (or post for that matter) despite coming online everyday. Perhaps he's still trying to get the other thread restored but no update for more than a week? Meh.

tried http://liteshares.net, but it forwarded to myrains.com.  seems that this project is abandoned.  dev last post is sept 4, almost 2 weeks ago.
