The wallet you have is a 2fa wallet. If you don't have the 2fa code then you can do a restore using the seed mnemonic. Do you have the seed mnemonic of your wallet?

that's not how the wallet creation process works. either you or somebody else with access to your computer created the 2fa wallet. if you don't have the seed or the 2fa code then your money is lost. there is nothing anyone can do to help.

It sounds like you have used Electrum in the past and created a 2FA wallet previously. When you reinstalled Electrum, it would have found the old wallet (uninstalling Electrum doesn't remove the data directory containing wallets) and used that old wallet by default without asking you to generate a new one.

In any case, as Abdussamad has already said, without the seed or the Google Authenticator "secret" for this wallet, your coins are lost. :-\
