If you are in the same country as mine here you can buy bitcoin instantly without asking too much about your information.. it will be easily to buy bitcoins if there is a local company are offering to buy bitcoins in your country.. like in india they had zebpay to buy bitcoins easily or like in philippines you can buy bitcoins here just to set your account and deposit without asking any information its instant and for coinbase is for us or any supported country but its asking for your identity first and bank account or debit card before you can buy..
Other than that  i never heard other site that actually giving you instant if you are not living in the same country.. better to share with us where you live..
