some people claimed and already dumped their BCC airdrops on Yobit about 10-12 hours ago. Yobit couldn't wait until the fork actually happens, they gave the equal BCC amount to people and added the live market which everyone then dumped in :D

this is the bitcoin's first fork with so much drama and sound all over the media. not the absolute first fork.

The countdown seems to be over but no chain split has been detected yet. May be something will happen in the next few hours. Thing whole thing should get out of our way. We need to focus on other things now.

so BCC equal to btc?

The Bitcoin network will fork as soon as a block larger than 1MB has been produced as per the UAHF technical spec.

I can say today I am happy, because Bitcoin users get BCC for free. Especially with the price of BCC is quite high. It will make us all happy and happy. I hope Bitcoin, BCC, and Altcoins will be to the moon as soon as possible.

i think i am double happy because in the same time, i can get free BCC too and the other time i see bitcoin price is getting up. i think it will be new beginning for bitcoin and for us because if we have many btc, we can sell to make profit and this time, our profit will be bigger than usual. but make sure that if we want to sell, we got in high price for the most profit.

Bitcoin's price is still up. The fear of most bitcoin user have been proven wrong. It is still soaring high. Though there are some flactuations but still it is rising. So good for thoae who keep their btc until today. You won!

No it is most certainly not equal to its value. BCC is currently trading at around 1/10th of Bitcoins value, which is dropping as we type.

In case you didn't notice, all wallets and a large number of exchanges are giving out "free" BCH, because that's how a chain split works.

With the way higher price on YoBit, I would not want to be one of the people with BCH futures on ViaBTC right now.
Coin.dance is going to have a section for Bitcoin Cash statistics and blocks.  Once a Bitcoin Cash block is mined, you will be able to see it here (https://cash.coin.dance/).  I have it on auto-refresh every ten minutes so that I can see it up to date.

Has it been mined yet? The less of this shit mined the better.

Despite the euphoria which greeted the arrival of BCC I have not seen any thing tangible about it. Quite often I checked my block chain wallet hoping to see a wide price fluctuation of bitcoin but nothing was notice the price ranges minimally.

as few mins ago, BCC futures spiked from 270 to 400.  ::) ::)

Good to see things going smoothly. I don't really feel different other than have ~10% more online/crypto assets. It's just starting and I hope that I will wake up tomorrow to some more good news. :).

You can trade to BTC, ETH, USD on HitBTC exchange or Yobit exchange, but at now, they have been disabled function send/reiceive Bitcoin Cash, need waiting when the network Bitcoin after activation SegWit stable, they will open again.

i dont know what is fork .. and its really get my nervous .. after hearing many things about hardfork i decide to withdraw all my btc from liqui god they take an ages to process my withdraw but its success , i personally think these hardfork/segwit thing didnt affect btc price at all , i mean way go back on last month i think if we got splitted between 2 currencies , the price will also going to split

Why am I sitting here waiting for a fork?
