Yes, there were several projects before already but I'm too lazy to find those. And if this is really serious, they will get a reputable escrow here in BCT. And also, where is this located? Because if it's legit, you will show us not only the photo but to where the mining farm is located. If not, it's easy to runaway from your clients.

There are some services here in bitcointalk (marketplace I think) that offer to create, design and manage your campaign and/or project, together with the smart contract, u other algo, they could help you in handle this one, of course they will do it for a price, anyway, about my offer for translation, I rather wait when a bounty campaign starts, so to be a little fair, and to avoid do it reworks, right now if i start translating, then i will have to make constant updates, and you still need a whitepaper and roadmap, first you need to put together your project, because right now still needs work, is a little simple, so take your time to make it better, before starting a marketing campaign, you wouldn't want a lot of people noticing this project as how it is now, good luck :D.

I'm intrigued in your concept but you need to provide more details if you want to attract more people. Some questions I have right of the bat;

1. What percentage is taken out daily for the maintenance, is this a static percentage or will this change overtime?

2. How do you plan on scaling this if you receive lots of supporters and grow? Is this strictly a hardware venture or is it going to work off of ETH's upcoming PoS?

3. How will one trade or purchase SEED tokens? Will they be able to be purchased and traded like current coins on exchanges?

4. Is there going to be a wallet?

The amount taken out will be exact costs of Electricity, Rent, Internet, Insurance and then 5% for maintenance & future upgrades.

Current plans are to keep buying more miners as we grow. There should be no reason why we wouldn't stake ETH for the upcoming PoS. So that is something we will do.

Purchasing SEED will always be available through the smart contract address. We do plan on listing the SEED token on exchanges, yes.

The wallets already exist, they are any ethereum wallet. Just add the custom token SEED when the smart contract address is revealed on Aug 12th.

So from your example, if you raise $30k for mining equipment that generates $600 a day everyone would expect to get a return on their investment in 52 days. This of course is assuming the difficulty and probability of the coin mined don't change. What happens when it starts generating less after difficulty increases etc? If you add more mining hardware wouldn't that mean that the initial investors return will slowly shrink overtime unless they keep buying more tokens?

Just trying to wrap my head around this, seems like a good idea in theory.

I  wonder how the progress in this project is.
I think the powfarm project has a great potential, but the founders are extremely quiet.
I have also a question about the claim that PowFarm is SEC compliant now. What does it mean? Was there a audit or something?

Is this still an active ICO, notice no activity on this thread for almost a month, looks like a great concept if it can me marketed well to raise the required funds. It would also be great to see evidence of mining experience from the team.

Liked the name SEED, the development of this project until 2019, of course that is a long time for me. but it will pay off if the development of this project is very significant in the future, hopefully your project is successful.
