Pretty much topic, I think it's good to just keep Bitcoincash for a while instead of dumping it immediately. As long as it's free coins, Why not wait and see if it even goes higher. Even if it goes down you can sell it for 200 or 300$ (the original price) when it reaches at that range.

Creeping up on $700 on Bittrex, wish I had bought in. My alts are doing well though.

I don`t have any bitcoins in my wallets right now,so i don`t have bitcoin cash as well.
Somebody is pumping bitcoin cash.Perhaps some of the big whales want to make some fast profits.
The bitcoin core price is just fine,which is more important for me.

That's great news I hope it will reach $1000 I haven't claim my bitcoin, I want to take time to normalize everything this is one of the best airdrop we've had, everything ended in a positive way so many people made a lot of money because of this fork.

That's why I'll be holding onto mine for just a little bit longer.
I've got nothing to lose, right? Let's just see where this goed in a few weeks or so.

Also, I've got no real opinion about the whole mess surrounding core vs bcc etc.

I'm tempted to sell all the BCC I have but as a relatively amateur techie I think it's best to wait a while until it's safe to sell i.e. Lots of safe wallets & exchanges accepting it.

I read a horror story earlier where some guy on here lost 45.8 bitcoin by sending them to a scammy version of electrum to try & get his BCC.

to be honest, there is no harm holding it really. Since you've gotten your free money, all you can do is multiply it (by waiting til it gets higher and selling it when you feel it's good price to sell) or just sell it for the original price i think it's around 200$ or somewhere around 300$. After all free money lol.  ;D ;D

however what just happened to the split? is that just like what ethereum just did with its classic edition? in that case probably bitcoin cash is going higher in no time and more people will gotta use BCH :o

Maybe it's fake? If a person has such a number of bitcoins he knows how to use it. Everyone knew long ago that for the period of the fork need to refrain from transaction and send your bitcoins in a safe vault. All have done so. I have not heard that someone had problems.

A lot of people haven't had the chance to dump their BTC yet (my funds on Trezor are still on hold). There's still going to be heaps of volatility int he coming days.

What do you mean how I got them? you mean BCH? Anyone that had some btc on their btc wallet before the fork can get BCH, All I'm doing is just sharing my opinion on how people should wait abit so they can get more value from their BCH  :P

well timing is so important. right now there is no option to deposit BitcoinCash on exchanges so there is no dumping going on. but i fear the time when they open the deposits and people start pouring in their free BCH coins they just got and price drops a little. then that little drop causes a panic when people think to themselves "this is it, this is the end" and start dumping and price drops big time.

Is everyone crazy? Why is the price of Bitcoin Cash so increased? All traders think that they are careful or they can destroy their money.Do not move so fast.

Questions are on my mind too on which why BCC price had rise this too much which i do regret my decision on selling it on a lower price but well im still on profits but thinking off if those bcc i still hold as of now then i might generate some even more money. Hype is too much now and we might see 1k price in no time if this price movement would continue. Whales are accumulating even more now?

In the long term it could pass the market cap of bitcoin, segwit may be bad for bitcoin? We don't know yet if so bitcoin cash will be new bitcoin

Markets can be irrational, but I wouldn't bet a fork to surpass bitcoin, there are many altcoins/forks, and until today none got even closer to that.

Don't forget BCC liquidity is low, let's see what happens when people start unloading their free coins on the market...

It do already reach 1k usd now on bittrex. What the hell? Its just a matter of hours since i do post the current price and now it really reaches that price range. Next target 1500? What can you say? Its already 1k on bittrex and i dont know whats totally happening as of now why theres soo much hype on this coin.I thought people will dump all their bcc free coins  8)

Is going down now , already from 700 usd from coinmarketcap , going to 400 back , but i think it will be back at the same price with bitcoin clasic in some weeks , even i think bcc will be more than bitcoin clasic

It just falldown in short time, I think the bullish Team will make it pumping again. Example: Before August 1st not have anyone sure Bitcoin Cash can reach to $1000 per coin, most trader think it will drop to few dollars per coin, but look at the price in today, reached $1000 per coin ::)

Sold all mine for $700 each, and Bitcoin didnt really take a hit either, bought 100 Neo coin with each sold. Win win.

Traders are just trading back and forth the same coins, everyone that is out of exchanges cannot do anything with their BCH as soon as they can you will witness a massive dump, if the price was real then a reduction of the bitcoin price will need to follow but that did not happen.

Before I thought once BCH split from BTC , their price wll split too, but it didn't happen so maybe same thing happen when BCH increases in value it doesn't affect btc all, it will only depend if user's demands it or not in order for it to pump or dump neglecting btc condition.

Bitcoincash its already 600 dollars price and I think before end of this month or next week possible price of this coin become 1000 dollars because many people want to buy bch because they have potential to increase more in the future. So buy more bch and you will earn a lot of profit.

Now we can invest money from this airdrop in real projects, BTC is free again and this cou be good call for all altcoins. For me BCH drama is ended and i don't care what is going to happen with it, BTC stays the main coin for me, and main value storer.
Also i have feeling that small minority group unsuccessfully tries to cause BTC fall, glorifying BCH they mentions BTC in negative context on social networks..This is wrong!

While you can avoid BCH, my biggest problem with BCH is that there is another coin calling itself bitcoin, that bothers me, since new people to the world of cryptocurrencies may get confused about which one is the real one so I want BCH to disappear as soon as it is possible.

Well.. Now bitcoincash is at $330 each. In my opinion, i think that this coin does not have a future, it is the same as Ethereum/Ethereum Classic, the only thing they have in common is the name, and that is why the people buy it, because of speculation.
for example, why ethereum classic has been at 15$ each since last month? because the only thing that mantain the price is the speculation and hype, there is nothing that guarantees that the price is going up, just the same as bitcoin cash.
Those who sold it at $1140 were so lucky.
