BLOCKCHAIN BITCOIN PAYMENT DELAYED NOW FOR OVER 4 DAYS

Looking at the timing of that original transaction, it may have been a very bad time to put a transaction out there. With that being said, you technically have nothing to worry about. If you received a TX ID, did the transaction is in the network. Even if you used a low and horrible Network fee, you still should be able to make that happen at some point in the future.

That's about the longest I've seen a transaction hold for, but considering the changes that happened recently I guess that's not unheard of. Just make sure that you have the ID, make sure that there's nothing else I can security feature holding you up and you should be fine worst case scenario you just have to wait.

Are you sending BTC or BCH ? If you tried to send some BCH it's expected. A lot of people dumping and not many miners. If you are sending BTC it's next to impossible for something like that to happen. Only scenario I could run in my mind is that you had manual fee option and put something ridiculously low, but even then ...

i think you sending fee is very low, you can check tx id youre transaction
because bitcoin transaction BTC not bcash, this now transaction is very fast and low fee

Check your tx id, I sent my bitcoin yesterday and all of the process went smoothly. check your transaction, do you put the reliable fees for your transaction? Your question is ambiguity. You haven't put enough description about what was happening with yours.  But looks like you are using bitcoin cash and try to send them.

More info would help but I cant help but think you've done something wrong because in that period the mempool was basically empty, I even saw a Tx with a 1 sato fee go through.
