I was thinking about using the deposit method "instant bank transfer" to get my money on perfect money, but what is the fee for this? I know theres a 3% fee to deposit on btc-e through perfect money...

Bank Wire (not instant) deposit fee is variable and depends on wholesale exchange which you select inside Perfect Money account for deposit operation. Deposit with Perfect Money to btc-e is instant. I uploaded a lot, never had issues. They (btc-e) lowered the commission to 3% few days ago.
