PoSWallet is a project that was born from the tremendous need of the Crypto Community to have a single place in which they would be able to keep their holdings safe, stake their PoS (Proof of Stake) Coins and have a complete crypto currency exchange just in one single account! See more here https://icotimeline.com/poswallet-com-wallet-stakes-staking-coins-token-exchange/ (https://icotimeline.com/poswallet-com-wallet-stakes-staking-coins-token-exchange/)

I would have expected the Ledger stuff to have done more, but it didn't. Maybe in the longer term it might do something, but it looks quite stagnant and losing steam with the exchange law changes and shutdown, it's as if almost all of the features are gone.

A web wallets that stakes all your stakingg coins in one place, i like that idea i remember it went almost 20k sats but it seems it wont reach that ATH again.

For me i guess not.

It has a very peak moment months ago where it crosses 10K Satoshi

But then project now seems abit slump, they are rearranging and implementing better features as they couldn't make profit few months ago

If you believe the concept of group staking then you could give POSW a try

I am in the slack and communication within POSW and community is okayish, i invested when it is around 2k satoshi each

I guess it's the start of the future.

We have giant mining pools Antpool, btc.top, btc.com, bixin etc etc

Then it'll be Giant POS pools POSWallet, ........., .........., ..........,  etc etc

Competing for a stake of the super valuable pos coins of the future, eth, qtum so on and so forth

2.0 is about to be released with lots of features planned ... it is far from stagnant as the dev team is working hard on the project (more than you can say for other coins)

"There are only 12 coins available on @LedgerHQ wallet and $POSW is one of them.
$BTC $ETH $KMD $LTC $XRP $STRAT $ZEC $DOGE $DASH $BCC"

IMHO that is a big accomplishment, ranking up there with the big names   ;)  out of 800+ crypto's out there, it got in with the top named coins on a brand name hw wallet.

just because it didn't happen over night, doesn't mean it isn't helping build trust for the coin in the longrun.

POSW is a great idea.
I just bought some (a little pump on the chart...) at high price before the new wallet is up.

This coin made me open an account on Yobit!!!

you should be able to move them to poswallet.com now while you wait for 2.0, they'll stake while you wait

'cause starting this month ...
"we can only give dividends now on internal wallets on the site. Can't distribute them across external ones."

Maybe your point is POS + POW, or POS / W.
Is this what you mean?

POSW is POSWallet coin it's already listed in some of the popular exchange  and it's POS , so you just need to stake it to mine.

If it was organic, I'd say the same, but I'm confident the reason its on Ledger is because POSW paid to be added, not that Ledger believes in the project.

Yeah, I think I'd rather stake myself rather than use this.

confident ... but some sorta proof would be nice.

plus if that's true, don't you think there should be more coins on there?

good marketing for any coin... why wouldn't they all jump on that kind of advertising opportunity.

so even if they did pay, it was a very good marketing strategy and still a big accomplishment to partner up with ledger IMO

I think they have marketed a lot in the last months like May or June, now it has been quiet for a long time.
On their POS Wallet they have removed a lot of coins, so now it is only the core coins staking

Same for me I'm down 87% for this coin...hoping it makes a gigantic comeback

It was one coin that just wasn't hype, vapourware, or just a website.  They have a working technology.  Maybe they can go back to their old model instead of being like the Amazon of Crypto in six months flat.   Just don't stake everything only about 20 or so really good coins.

never invest more than you can lose, no guarantees in crypto.  plus no loss until you sell

i'm sure there will be a gigantic comeback

Lots happening in the background that are soon to be released ... 2.0 will be adding coins back in

good things take time

Actually POSW coin have potential future, but posw developer decide not to post in bitcointalk again because of some people spread FUD and open scam accusation. Last news i received is they make ico to buy custom hardware wallet for their posw and now they are focussing in their exchange and web pos wallet

poswallet2.0 is around the corner (if everything goes as planned it will be released for beta-testers on the upcoming weekend), you can now store your posw on your ledger and if the new site is half as good as promised the coin will rise again. a good investment right now imo

the volume is too low i dont think it easy to recover those who lost in this coin . but im still watching this coin incase there big come back happen atleast im not late holding some.

Since the POS does not depend on many features of your machine like POW,
I think you'd better stake in local wallets,
select a few coins and let it render on your own machine.

They are quite for a while but this is not because the project goes bad, after ledger nano s support, they will make a lot of new updates in their platform.
