Post by: melon on May 15, 2013, 07:49:47 PM
the affidavit provides some detailed info that would normally, not be known - but are they real ?

-if fake that would be impersonating a federal agent-

personally,i'm not sure...I think i'll vote..........maybe!

Interesting, bu I don't think a court order has to be notarized.

maybe not notarization of every individual but I always thought it was the clerks position to accept signed affidavits in front of them and attest their seal that it was signed in their presence and then filed -basically a notary seal- anybody a clerk here- ....any body?

It's not a regular notary seal but your right it must be witnessed and attested.

From a statement i made earlier...I believe that warrant post is fabricated, and it may be fabricated whether the case is real or not, either way, the document doesnt appear to be a real court document.

That letter is fake, so fake. There is no letterhead, no district court seals, no homeland security seals, not even seals of the officials signing it. I have spent many a year working in the military and for the government. Official documents have official seals, this is BS. All of it.

This is the standard letter used by US District Courts for Search and Seizure http://www.uscourts.gov/uscourts/FormsAndFees/Forms/AO093.pdf

After processing it is stamped and signed by the district clerk as well, the letter from the OP has none of that, it screams fake.

It would look similar to this http://www.wired.com/images_blogs/threatlevel/2013/12/Carpathia-search-warrant.pdf if it were real in any capacity.

Ah well that means you know what you are talking about.

So shush - we need to prove the Illuminati are behind all this and that they used the same trickery that got Obama a birth certificate

:P

I think the seizure happened but the copy is fake only because the system is too slow for a copy to already be available as public record and it doesn't look like any public warrant I've ever seen and I worked for the court in Florida!

In what jurisdiction did you pass the bar?

A.). A search warrant doesn't need to be notorized.  The judges signature makes it valid.

B.)  You can find the record on Pacer.  Its a pretty simple search.

It's not a search warrant and it's hard to believe it's on pacer one day after issue. I guess the magistrate signed it and personally hand carried it straight to the records department for immediate scan to pacer. LOL
