It's not a regular notary seal but your right it must be witnessed and attested. I think the seizure happened but the copy is fake only because the system is too slow for a copy to already be available as public record and it doesn't look like any public warrant I've ever seen and I worked for the court in Florida! I guess the magistrate signed it and personally hand carried it straight to the records department for immediate scan to pacer. LOL |
