EtherDelta is the most likely place to release initial volume but we need a way to overcome minimal 0.01 NIH trade limitation due to high NIH/ETH rate. It's also confirmed that 2% of the volume selling for 4360.986 ETH/NIH will not be withdrawn after the general release. So you will still be able to buy 2% of the volume 5000 times cheaper than the general release price. 4. Existing EtherDelta order is tradeable although small amounts may fail to display (hence waiting for the fix from EtherDelta team before general release). I think we won't have to wait for too long.
