Corporate Personhood is a hotly debated concept in the U.S.

I'm curious how that works - in the US, hedging trades is illegal; there is a FIFO rule which means you have to close trades in the order you opened them. Since that's a direct restriction on how you place your trades and therefore make money, does that not conflict with money being 'free speech'?
