Hi everybody!
I placed on Poloniex a withdrawal request of 3900 LBC from my account to my LBC wallet on the 2 of August. 2FA enabled. Withdrawal is confirmed in poloniex account, has the transaction id . But there is no money on my wallet, there is NO such a transaction in lbry blockchain according to official blockchain explorer. Then I tried to withdraw small amount of 10 LBC and it was succecful. But previous transaction (approx 1900usd) got stuck in limbo! Polo support don't answer. ticket in polo helpdesk is unanswered. Some time later I made several withdrawals of 500 LBC - all of them was successful. Except the big one...I searched internet, reddit, twitter, slack, telegram channels - there are tons of negative experience of the same issue. Not only with LBC, but other coins also. It is seems to be that transaction is signed but not broadcasted.
Hard to believe that the major of crypto-exhange world wants to steal my money..I don't think so, but this service is a disaster and make me disappointed. Does anybody have some experience with such case? I tried to get in touch with Polo stuff via twitter, via reddit, via IRC -  no result. May be some Polo stuff is here? What I should to do? Does anybody receive some feedback from polo? When did you create the ticket and when was the problem solved? Tickets only about withdrawal issue.
