What is WufPUF?

WufPUF is a blockchain engine, which can be adapted to either create new blockchain with customized feature from scratch, or be used as a wallet, masternode and block explorer for most coins.
Its design is very simple and it uses a system of binary module which can be created out of dll or so files, and then loaded on any operating system with the same cpu architecture regardless of the locally installed runtime or libraries or the compiler used to produce them.

Could you provide 5 examples for recent 5 ICOs that came on the market at a higher price than was initially offered? I know only one which is EDG, all others were sold at pennies to a dollar to my knowledge
