I'm sure it was the devs they decided to launch and kill the coin to profit. Dumbass

Stop crying...it's no different than any other coin launch here. Some people get lucky, others not so lucky.

exactly - no different - 0 diff, nothing new = waste of time and effort.

let's scrap all the new coins and get back to the few alts that were worth having.

There is only 1 reason these devs are continuing to put diff so low and that is instamining else why set the diff so low to start.  If they are having some problems with their copy and paste and can't lower the diff maybe they should make the original blocks worth a lot less??

why did elacoin go and mess up so bad on its release? was actually a great idea.

The thread starter TruCoin posts lies about EVERY alt coin except bitbar to try and make bitbar look good, even though bitbar sucks.

please don't feed the troll

edit: I've been mining since 10 minutes after launch, and I've still not found a coin, so I'm not protecting my investmnet, I just know a troll when I see one.

Nope, I started in the early hundreds. Nice try, though.

To the OP,

There are literally thousands, if not tens of thousands of geeks ready to download a new altcoin source/binary the very MILLISECOND it comes out.  Some of them have 100Mbps+ connections.  Some of them have machines set up to mine that coin a few seconds after downloading what they need.

Do not QQ and yell scam if you aren't the first person to mine a new altcoin and become a billionaire.

Everybody else who starts these stupid threads needs to realize this and shut the hell up.  Nevermind, I'm fucking naive if I think that will ever happen.

After I downloaded the client, the getmininginfo shows it was at block 413. If you wait for 5-10 mins, I will not be surprised that it goes to 1500-2000.

Ok, now that's just plain lying. I got in at the same time as you, it wasn't that high.

Yes, it did rise quickly, but it's easy to see why

low difficulty (yes, this was a mistake on the dev's part -_- 20 orphans!) + 15 second block time = really fast block generation

So no one is willing to admit this is the next pump and dump coin. Everyone jumping on the WDC train for a quick buck now that LTC price dropped. And a week from now the same people who are pumping this coin will whine about crapcoins ruining cryptocurrency reputation.

Seems okay to me, 408 blocks so far with 14 accepted (448 coins total) on 1.1 Mh/s

I added firewall rules, i even had a worldcoin.conf all ready to go plus all my miners configured to solo mine an hour before the official launch.

That's  just called good planning   8)
