if a bounty has 100 coins and if total stake is 100 then 1stake = 1 coin. other wise you need to calculate. That is the specific definition of stakes on a campaign. But we should always keep in mind that states also depends on the development of the specific ICO project wherein the percentage of Bitcoin is dependent on both the number of participant and the growth of the coin in the market.
