Well i will recommend you to make a signature campaign for your ico, As it will be too much of a task to handle a Affiliate team, how will you award your affiliates who will bring in the traffic? you will need a custom tracking system which won't count multiple hits if you will pay them for per visit and so on, In my opinion if you are serious about your coin, make a signature campaign and promote it from there, Else you will be heading towards a mess. The best affiliate programmes are offered by Amazon and Clickbank but unfortunately they do not pay in Bitcoins. If you are looking for some affiliates paying in Bitcoins, these do not work for you but if you are only looking for affiliate programs irrespective of the mode of payment, you can give them a try.
