Post by: wireline on August 06, 2017, 07:29:32 PM
I've seen old threads of rankings for Bounty Campaign Managers. What is the most up to date list?

I know some bounty campaign managers that are trusted in this forum including Sylon, Yahoo, Avirunes and Jamal. There are other more. And I don't think there's a list of campaign manager here. Only an overview of Signature campaign is updated and posted here.

None. The thread you mean was updated on last year (OP didn't often too online again). The ranking also isn't accurate because it's only from OP's opinion.

There is no accurate hierarchy for the best campaign manager. I also saw that old thread but the OP seems not active anymore. I hope that somebody will create revised thread for that topic and update it regularly. Expect swarm supporters for yahoo there.

I'm wondering what makes a good bounty campaign manager? I can think of being online (about) 24/7 and responsive, actively promoting their campaign, setting simple and easily understandable rules. Is that right? Anything else? Would be great to hear on this from everyone but especially from experienced members of the community. Thanks.

that's a good thread if you are running just signature campaign and want to see how various campaigns are being run.
I wonder does most signature campaign runs on reward with BTC? How about ICO-based campaigns which rewards Altcoins?

No statistics at hand but there are numerous bounty campaigns for altcoins taking place at every certain moment in time, check it out right here on this board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0.

It's too much for analysis, there are some apps to see the new bounty. suppose by using RSS. you have to set it up and every day you will get notified about the new bounty.

If you know some example, could you please share? Really interested to have access to some app like you described and also see how it all works.

Sorry for the late response but seeing that no update was given, I just thought I'd jump in and provide my thoughts. I've made my very own thread on the matter:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3173095

At this stage I collected information from the forum from a few people that had advertised bounty campaign management services lately but I know the list needs expansion. I intend to keep the list updated and for that reason I've tried to make it as open as possible for those that are seeking to contribute. Feel free to take a look and suggest improvements.

If someone is making a list he should be independent or not related to any campaign managers because it will be bias. It should have proof or works and not promote managers or organization for personal interest.

I am of course trying to be as impartial as possible with my list of bounty campaign managers (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3173095). Anyone can suggest entries and managers can put a description for themselves. I think getting content from the source is impartial.
