Qualifications:

senior, hero, legendary or staff member;
experience in running signature campaigns;
positive trust.

You can directly contact Yahoo as he has run many signature campaigns in the past so you need not worry about the trust part and experience part. It would be great if you could reveal how much you are looking to pay to campaign managers.

He has contacted me and i'm not really a fan of bounty campaigns. Not many users signing up for campaigns that pay in tokens. As far as what he will pay, that's a negotiation between himself and the person applying for the job. A.K.A. none of your business

I would recommend Avirunes (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=175302), but i'm not sure of whether he'll accept or not. As Yahoo has said above, Bounties usually don't attract good/reputable members. Since this is a bitcoin forum, bitcoin is natural expected to be the norm.

I would like to suggest the Edwarded and Lutpin to handle you campaign. They are also doing awesome apart from Yahoo. Recently jamal aejaz had managed the bounty campaign very successful. Please check every person and start your campaign accordingly. *lutpin is good at signature designing too.

You can contact sylon,irfan,and jamaal they are well known campaign managers on bounty ico.  They handle different bounty ico campaign but its up to you who will you  pick.

Usually I paid with bitcoin ( never have experience paying in altcoin )

i recommend and nominate to manage your offering with the trust and very good campaign manager called "yahoo" more of signature campaign all of this is ended without no one problem for a few months run
