Title: Working on ICO/ crowdsale on H1B visa (US)
Post by: cryptoisdafuture on August 07, 2017, 03:49:29 AM
Hi,

I was wondering if anyone here has experience working with any ICO/ crowdsale while they're on their H1B visa while living and working a full-time job in US. I know the requirements of the visa are to not have another source of "active income" but allows passive income. So for instance, profiting from investing is considered fine. However I wanted to know what if I get paid by the CEO of a ICO firm after say developing some software for them. I've been eyeing some Githubs, and wanted to jump in but wanted to know the legal repercussions for the same.

Thanks
