Omise just annouced an airrop. they will app. drop 5% of the tokens on ETH holders.

I'm assuming this is for ETH held in an approved wallet like MEW?  My ETH is currently in an exchange on margin lending.  :-(

Can we use myetherwallet for claiming the Airdrop of Omise, and what is the ratio of airdrop and how are you going to give the coins. I wanted the full deals of the Airdrop

Same reason drug dealers give out samples.  Airdropping a little is a great idea.. give people a taste.. just a little coin.. oh yes  ;D they will be wanting more..

Airdropping is a great way to build allies, increase distribution (everybody talks their book, so more people will shill the coin), and give people on the fence a little coin to play with and they might buy more.

How to claim the air drop. Is there anything that we have to do receive the coins.

For those wondering, I suspect this will cause a temporary drop in OMG as some will send them to exchanges to sell off but I agree this is a good long term strategy.  There are so many alt-coins that it's hard to cut through the noise.  Having these sent out will raise overall awareness and probably raise overall demand once the short term dump is through.

Don't know anything about this particular coin, but I'm pretty sure it's just as useless and shitty
as the 100 coins that came before it.  You guys get what you deserve, but I'd sell whatever you
get as soon as you can.  If this dingleberry has any value,  it's only fleeting.  Sell!

In first sight there could be a little dumping seeing the $20 million airdrop, but in fact it's genius to bait the people. As you've said, it's the same about giving out samples free of charge. :P

I've around over hundreds ethereum in my walet, And i think every ethereum will worth 0.20 cent of omisego token. I think that will be automatically distributed into the participant. So that was a little amount dude, until you are a bigger holder like someone from asian already hold around 700k ether and you will get over hundred thousand dollar for free.
