There is one important section on page 16 Mining will be required to build the blockchain for REcoin, with miners receiving 15% of funds emitted from the mining process, while 83% will go toward the REcoin Trust real estate investments. I guess we should read this as 15% of the value invested will go to the miners. So if you invest in the ICO for 85 cents on the dollar that would imply you are not paying for the mining of the coin, right? One thing to be considered is the price per REcoin that equals to 1 USD and the first 10M REC have discount of 15%. Right Now the sell no more than 3.5M REC.
