I have a paypal account since 2011 that I never used, so never received or send money with this account; and since no bank in my country offers VCC or bank account accepted by paypal; So here I come in this forum in the hope of finding a way or a service offer that could help me make my account useful and will pay you in BTC. thanks. If you reside in a country that is not supported by Paypal you should not use it, you may have your account frozen when you have funds in it, it just doesn't worth it.
