Dual would be best for mining because you'll operate it 24/7.

This is a bitcoin forum, so let's be clear.

You can no longer mine bitcoins with a graphics card.

However, you can mine other coins and use them to buy bitcoins.

Any of them are fine.  People obsess over which card is the "best" too much.  If it's in the same family of cards, it will perform practically the same.  The only differences are what kind of cooling the card has, and how lucky you are in the silicon lottery.

 4/-MSI GEFORCE GTX 1070 ARMOR 8G OC

Variance among 1070s is minimal.  Focus on the cooling solution and total price over the hash power and that should make picking pretty easy.

I'd go with the armor or the rog strix, but mostly the armor because a 20% increase in price is well not worth it.

MSI >>> ASUS

ASUS cards are the worst. Loud AF, performs much worse at same settings, runs hotter and 2 out of my 7 ASUS gpus were faulty.

I've run 12x Asus STRIX GTX 1070 OC for the last 6 months straight with multi-algo mining.  Zero issues.  They run cool and quiet in my living room.  I barely notice they are there and they run under 60C at 40% fan.

MSI >>> ASUS

ASUS cards are the worst. Loud AF, performs much worse at same settings, runs hotter and 2 out of my 7 ASUS gpus were faulty.

By cooling, 1 > 2 > 4 > 3

I would recommend the Strix one because it has 3 fans and good quality. I personally have 8 of those.

Best is not on these list. But best from these list is rog stirx in terms of cooling, but msi is better for mining.
So if you want bast 1070 card your list is very vrong, especialy for mining. Asus dual or turbo is worse case scenario...

The ASUS ROG Strix have beastly good coolers on them. If the price was equal I'd buy those everytime, however depending on the price difference I think any of them are fine. As long as you have a decently ventilated are to put them in they will all run cool enough with undervolting.

I'd go for whichever is cheapest at the moment. But more importantly, do you really want to start mining at this point in time? There is a possibility that ETH will switch to POS-mode meaning ETH mining will stop. This will not eliminate the mining profitability of your GPUs but it will definitely have a negative impact on your profit.

With the current price, the 1060 is the most interesting one. It's still possible to get some around 200€ and it produces 23MH/s. For a 1070, you'll pay at least 400€ and you'll end up with 32M/s. So for twice the price, you don't get twice the hash. 1060 requires also less power.

You can no longer mine bitcoins with a graphics card.

Actually he can however the probability to find a block is very low. Anyone with a gpu if they decide to mine bitcoin must be luck based.

The only difference on the card are the out of the box OC and the cooling solution between the four the ASUS GEFORCE GTX 1070 ROG STRIX has the best of the both with 1860 MHz boost clock in OC mode and DirectCU III with Patented Triple Wing-Blade Fans which is 30% cooler than the Double Patented Wing-Blade Fans, but you might also want to consider the ASUS GEFORCE GTX 1070 DUAL with 1797 MHz Boost Clock in OC mode and Double Patented Wing-Blade Fans but at a much cheaper price which is a bang for your buck.
