1) Barter Coin will have a escrow meaning you can exchange your Dogecoin to barter depending on what a person expects but it has to be reasonable so the exchange can be possible example - 100 dogecoin - 1 BarterCoin So the person who wishes to send their coins to escrow they can OR they can simply exchange without the escrow . The escrow will not have any limit on exchanging. The escrow will also put the current price of the coin so exchange becomes easier and more understandable.

2) The exchange wont charge any fee on the exchange


3) Why people will do barter Coins its simply because they would want a change in their coin Also exchanging creates more popularity within the network so its beneficial for both the new coins if example barter & redhatCoin


4) Also we will have a website with working phone number so people can ask any query they want regarding this


5) The Barter Coin will work on the same blockchain so it can be ease to bring the proof of transaction details and any member who does fraud outside as well gets blacklisted on the network and so people will not exchange from him

There is not too much information about this Barter. Nor the thread is very populated. If the situation doesn't change, I don't see such a bright future here.

i think home page 's website need something to special , now it so simple , this is a special  project with low supply , and if we have market , price will not cheap .

The project seems feasible but for the coins, why not someone just go to an exchange and convert it to the coin that you want?
Because here, you need to have an escrow first. Unless the fee is minimal or has an advantage over the existing exchanges.
For other goods or products, maybe it's more enticing to others.
But there's a challenge for the coin swapping service.
