Title: NEM (XEM) stuck on Poloniex and no reply from customer support Post by: DKFL on August 08, 2017, 10:13:11 PM Hey Guys,
I withdrew NEM from my Poloniex account into my NEM wallet but it never arrived. It shows as "Complete: Error" in the Poloniex withdrawal history. So the NEM is neither in my Poloniex account or in my NEM wallet and appears to have been sent but with error. I checked and the wallet address I specified is absolutely correct. To make matters worse, about 5 days ago I opened a ticket on Poloniex to ask assistance with this issue but they never responded. Anything I can do? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
