Title: PCIE expansion board Post by: wowc8 on May 16, 2013, 10:02:57 PM Curious if anyone has tried anything like this:

Any idea what the issues might be if you ran one of these with all x16 slots used by gpus? I totally agree, but if I was going to run more than three cards I would need to use powered riser cables anyway. Would the motherboard be able to support something like this? Anyone try adding more pcie slots to there rigs? Paying 1k for a single board would be cost prohibitive, but I've seen boards on ebay go for under 100. |
