Way to go Stefan Molyneux :D Title: Re: The Asshole Factor Post by: BitcoinPorn on June 21, 2011, 08:53:34 PM Just seen that off Reddit, fucking amusing, wish I knew who that guy was other than making that Fable video game.
j/k, sorry to joke around with my geek cred like that. Title: Re: The Asshole Factor Post by: noedaRDH on June 21, 2011, 09:20:57 PM Assholes are everywhere. But some are clever, others are just retarded:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygoqDBfjimM&feature=relmfu Really good interview, I watched the whole thing. Bruce impressed me and I hope his enthusiasm for bitcoin spreads. He should be going on more shows talking about bitcoin because I think he did a great job. Unfortunately reading through the youtube comments I dont get a feeling that bitcoin was being received well. A lot of posters are really against the idea, rehashing the same old (debunked) criticisms. I think there is still a very large hurdle to get over in winning over the mainstream, and particularly with the crazy events going on the past few weeks, the hurdle is only getting higher. Wasn't there a report a few years back about how there's a large percentage of computer users who actually LIKED having adware and spyware on their computers because it gave them stupid toolbars and shit like that? It's going to be tough to convince such "critics" with an IQ ranging from 0 to 1. Heck, I don't even know how some of the Youtubers even managed to get on the internet. |
