To be honest with you my friend, the translation from English to Filipino does not really play well. Take these factors into consideration:
1. Most Filipinos knows how to read and write English
2. Most Filipinos actually LIKE to read documents or any writing in English than Filipino

Have you ever been to a translated to Filipino version of Google or any site for that matter? For sure your first step is to find how to change it back to English. This is the reason why most bounty campaigns and other project doesn't really require a translation to Filipino.

Don't be discouraged though, just want to give you a heads up that there aren't many people looking for this service. People looking for translation services are mostly look for difficult languages such as Chinese, Indonesian, Russian, etc. Since the users of those languages does not use English as much as we do.

Still, good luck and hope you find some clients.

I strongly agree with you sir.  Most Filipinos on the net tend to be goood in english and does not need translators.  Just by signing in, one must understand the instructions and it is in english. Those pinoys not fluent with does not even bother going to this sites.  I think the best place to find your clients is in school.
